These things happen in San Diego, California as well, but the problem is that when any person complaints to the San Diego Police or the Sheriff's Office (Internal) or the City of San Diego Attorneys Office, and the San Diego District Attorneys Office Nothing Happens, but the Law Enforcement offices will turn on the person complaining or even their loved ones. If you look at my other posts regarding San Diego Police Officers intentional misconducts such as issuing false parking tickets, or tickets for reselling without a permit but in reality the items and cash of the reseller is being placed in the pockets of of the officers, these things have all been reported to law enforcement offices, but nothing happens against the officers or deputies.

In San Diego, the District Attorneys office will target people who grow marijuana (unless the grower is gay or a lesbian), but when it comes to law enforcements intentional misconducts, even if the victim is gay or a lesbian, the District Attorneys Office will find a way to justify any misconducts by law enforcement even if it is caught on tape or on documents, they will label it as officers used excessive force, no big deal.

There are plenty of good officers and deputies in San Diego County, but the bad ones and their protectors which includes local media like 10 News - Phawk them and their DNA.

There are many San Diego Police Officers that violate a persons rights, and or assault people, and the officers almost never ever face any criminal charges. You will even see Elite Security in the video doing nothing let alone speak against the officer. The San Diego local media will not even interview the Elite Security Guard or bystanders, at least none that I know of.
